Below the water, a city of the future lay hidden: an innovative project that gave form to the dream of bringing our immense country together. Massive modules, like giant wheels, drove it smoothly along the riverbed. Keep moving, city of the future!

It harboured the river’s true keepers — the thoughtful catfish and keen‑eyed pike. Its outer surface sparkled with a tapestry of folk motifs. The exterior wasn’t static; it was a living, evolving artwork. In each village, young painters renewed the holographic façade, adding new Khokhloma patterns to its ever‑changing face.
